My "C" in this contest stands for contentment. A lot of people in today's world feel very unhappy because they are not contented with the current life they are living.

Although it's not bad to think of living a better life, but then depriving one self of happiness altogether because of not being contented is harmful to our general well being.

Contentment can be described as a situation whereby the person involved feels happy and satisfied about the positive aspect of his life not minding the challenges and pressures around.

Contentment has to do with the individual mindset and doesn't necessarily depend on personal achievement.

The idea of having contentment because of material riches, being famous and popular has been proven beyond reasonable doubt to be a lie.

This is true because we often find people who are rich and popular still not having the contentment we believe that they do.

That is a clear evidence that contentment has nothing to do with what we have or what we are but it depends on individual mind set.

There is no doubt that contentment is the key to living a happy, healthy and satisfying life. It gives us joy which is good for our well being and also give us the boldness to overcome feeling of inadequacy. And above all it leads to a successful and happy lifestyle!
