Hi thank you for the guide..pls i have a question. Most time when I upvote, my vote reduces the amount on the post before...this is what am saying.. assuming the person has $28.14 before, it could reduce to $28.11. I don't quite understand why

    That happens because of the fluctuations in the steem price.
