TEAM 1: Curation Guideline for March 2024
Greetings from Team1!
Team1 is happy to support authors again in March. In this guideline, we consider it our duty to outline the principles by which the team will work. However, it is worth remembering that each curator can deviate from this if he deems it necessary.
Who Are TEAM 1?
Like all other curation teams, Team1 consists of experienced users who know the platform well and interact with many authors. We represent different parts of the world, which will help us support as many different authors as possible.

Common Goal
To optimize a team and drive them to success, there must be a common goal. The common goal for January will be:
- Support as many talented authors as possible
- To work together as a team
- To encourage and lend support to users of the platform
- To reward content with 'content with a purpose', and 'content with an audience.'
- To seek good content both within communities and outside of communities
- To reward good comments to encourage Steemians not only to comment on qualified posts but also to comment well
Fair Contribution
Each team member will have a 24-hour time window to curate in a cycle of four days.
We wish to select at least 20 posts per day and upvote between 30 and 55% of the voting power. This will allow a maximum of posts to be curated within a period.
Guidelines
The following guidelines will be followed.
- The user must follow club initiatives (Club5050, Club75 and Club100).
- The user must have above 5 of voting CSI and not be above 5% self-votes.
- Posts must consist of at least 300 words and should be properly presented. (Include captions for photographs, justify alignment, etc.)
- The content must be plagiarism- and AI-free.
- The users must not use Bid-Bots or any vote purchasing services.
Only when the above guidelines are fulfilled will we select a post for curation support! As per the Steemit team, there may be flexibility in these guidelines.

The following voting percentage will be followed.
