How are you all? As a country representative of Bangladesh, I am submitting my last week's activities in report form through this post. I think this is a great opportunity for me. I have tried to properly fulfill all the responsibilities assigned to me as a country representative.
I always try to increase my steem power. So last week like every week I have total power-up 235.469 STEEM. I think increasing steem power means increasing one's ability. And I am currently associated with the #club100.
I turn all my income into power. So currently I have so much 26,305.00 steem. Now my total Effective Power 31,012.40 SP
Also, I create a report every week to encourage all users to increase their steem power and I share their power-up posts in that report. And try to support them to encourage them to steem power up.
I always try to guide users properly and support them in any way possible. Many users ask me different things and I try to give them correct answers. And I have spoken to Newcomers' Community getters and informed them that I will help them with verification of users in Bangladesh. Meanwhile I am helping new users of Bangladesh to get their post verification done in various ways. Last week I gave some guidance to one and helped @rumman with his verification by talking to the Greeter Team.Also, there is talk about the verification of some other users, I hope I can help them in their verification after solving all the problems.

I have organized a contest to include new users on the platform and help newbies and this is the 2nd week of this contest. Where I asked everyone to add new members and help them post achievements. After that everyone should create a post and participate in this contest. This post is created to add new numbers and promote this platform.
I always try to keep in touch with Bangladeshi users and give them all kinds of support. I will organize an online meeting on Wednesday 24, 2022. Where I invite all users from Bangladesh to join the online meeting. Where I talk to users about many important things. I talked to them about the progress of Steemit in Bangladesh and some important issues for newbies. Also talks about various important topics and tries to answer users' questions. And later I shared it in the form of a post to encourage others to see my activity and organize such online meetings in their own countries.
I am a Bangladeshi moderator of Steem-Database. It is my responsibility to see the activities of all Bangladeshis in this community and it is my responsibility to guide and help them in various ways. So I always try to check their posts. And every week i make a report based on the activities of all Bangladeshis.
As a Bangladeshi country representative, it is my responsibility to provide support to the users of Bangladesh, which I always try to do. I try to support the users of this platform with all my steem power. In my last week, I gave 128 upvotes to 95 accounts and my Voting CSI is 21.6 ( 0.00 % self ). I will try to maintain my consistency so that I can support everyone.
