Booming votes don't have anything to do with the SC03 - SC09 votes, the booming support received by users is based on their respective communities.

Definitely, booming would not vote after an upvote from the SC01/SC02 account, that's one of the rules of booming.

In essence, I guess the rules of booming doesn't affect vote from small SC accounts which I believed is the reason why booming added a vote to the author's article even after SC05's.
