Weekly Report As Steem Representative, From July 11 to 17 July, 2024

Dear steemit team;
It has come to an end of another week, which is week 14 of being steem representative.
Last week, was a successful one as every users were busy with the engagement challenge contest. As a steem representative I carried out my duties which is expected of me each day on steemit.
This involved supporting users with my comments and using my voting power to upvote quality content, initiating a power up, supporting initiative organised by the steemit team, guiding users and also creating some quality and useful content on my blog which is beneficial to the users. I made myself approachable and reachable at all times.
My activities
My activities was fine,
I carried out curation using my account to support users as well as quality post. I also commented on users posts then give corrections to the newbies that needed it. I promoted steemit using my WhatsApp through sharing my last week health post to people I feels they needed the information, some were grateful for the information and were interested in steemit.
I was also busy on my blog creating content, I went round the blog to support some steemians with quality post free from plagiarism. I wasn't limited to few communities or countries I spread my vote evenly distributed, upvoted 248 posts. My engagement activities increased as I used my time to support users with my comments and encouraged them.

As my custom, I initiated a power up last week to boost my steempower and I usually encourage users to power up as well.
Each week, I spent time in my WhatsApp inbox, telegram and discord responding to messages from newbies and other users who needs help and encouragement to stay active and last week was not exceptional.
I encouraged newbies to endeavour to engage with other users which will help them to know more users and learn from them on how to make quality and i noticed that some of them are improving on that since last week.
This new week, I will continue to stay on the track of my activities and even try to do more.
