Last week was a bit busy with new responsibilities, but yet a very effective one. There was a good improvement in the Sri Lankan community as well as the entire ecosystem. Could engage in few different projects in different communities.

So, this is my second weekly report as a Country representative(Sri Lanka).

I got the opportunity to curate using the @steemcurator07 account in two days for around 36 hours. In the last week also, there were 60+ active Sri Lankan members. I could cover almost all the members twice according to the VP percentage remaining.

Activities as a Steem Greeter

This is my second week as a steem greeter in the Newcomers' Community. Special thanks to cryptokannon and the team for doing a great job and supporting me.

There were around 5 new members from Sri Lanka in the last week. I verified them and guided them to the next achievement tasks, the sources to learn the basics of the platform, different communities, etc.

Today I got the chance to curate the achievement program from the @steemcurator03 account for the first time. It was a great experience, first a little bit challenging to get used to all the guidelines, but could easily adapt to it.
As discussed, I curated 15 posts today.

Some of the users were unable to provide necessary requirements to verifying the tasks. So, it takes more time than usual, with the time taken for editing.

A small request from recruiters to provide the necessary resources for them. And Newcomers should go through the task well and do it correctly the first time. If they need any clarification they could reach greeter team/ respective Country representatives easily.

And also, when going through the recent activities of Newcomers, I feel that most of them do not have a good idea of the rhythm of steemit.

Increasing the steem power

In the last week, I powered up 200 steem being an example to all the members.. So, now I have 5,780.719SP in the wallet. Hope to reach the 6K mark at the end of the month!!!
