Update on Steem Greeters Team Project

Hi, it's been a while since I publish an update about Steem Greeters Team Project.
Overall, all the team members from the Newcomers Achievement Program team to Steemit Nursery Community Team are doing their part well. There are sometimes some issues such as a clash in verifying the newcomers as maybe another greeter didn't realize that the previous greeters had visited the post and asking for some correction that still pending on the newcomers' side but the latter greeter carry on in verify the newcomer in question without waiting for the correction be made. Another situation is that Greeter Helper team and Greeter team having double verification on the achievement task of 2-6 . Other than that, they are been doing great.

We have submitted an application for the Community Support of the Month for Steemit Nursery community hoping that they will continue giving us support on the booming curation. If not then maybe we will have to discontinue some of our programs that depending on this booming curation such as 500 SP Support program.

Next working plan
I will be reviewing the works of greeter team members from time to time and will give them feedback if any on our discord channel.
Next is checking them up from time to time if they have any issues and helping them to mediate them if needed.

I will be guiding the Greeter Volunteer applicants that have applied for this role last week and will put them on an internship period of 2 weeks before giving them authorization on verifying the tasks in the Newcomers Achievement program and other tasks that greeters needed some helping hand such as correcting any verification mistake on Achievement 1 and guiding the newcomers to other programs on Steemit that we have for newcomers.

I'm working on launching Steeming Community Youtube channel where on some of the video contents, I will be covering some video tutorials for newcomers. Other than that is just promotional videos and the activities of Steeming Community. This is still a work in progress as I'm still gathering the equipments that are needed for this work and acquainted myself with all the softwares and other stuff that I need to learn in order to run this project smoothly.

I'm looking forward to learning more and implement all the knowledge into building the community on Steemit. I get overwhelmed sometimes and stuck but nonetheless, I will always move forward even if it will take a little bit of time from my side. Thank you for the patience and I am always grateful for the opportunity for me to implement all that I have self-learned into this platform. This platform is like my fieldwork for my self-taught skills/knowledge 😊
