It strikes me that several (new) users only show the intention of posting, not commenting
The lack of ‘commitment’ is one thing (well, where are new users supposed to ‘learn’ this if there are only a few role models?).
The far more common reason is unfortunately the following:
Because these aren't new users - they're existing users creating loads of new accounts in the hope of getting steemcurator votes.
That's why I use the word "frustration," because I know the history of new users very well. While I don't want to sound skeptical, I know this is happening, but unfortunately they've improved their approach and leave fewer details or errors than before.
Don't cry, there's a good chance he'll catch the abusers (if there really are any).
