RE: Suggestion on Curation Method

Curators of Regional Community Account should prepare a list of users in their country on a spreadsheet, ideally on google sheet, so everyone can get access to this list.
Or another way is to make a post(Curation List Post) about it on steemit and list out all the users on that post.
Both can still be utilized. In a situation where there are double or multiple reps from a country, they can reach a compromise on how to go about it and have the list intact. Sure, there is gonna be a constant update, which is just normal.
As touching the voting power, we from Africa don't use our account less than 75% in most cases. That has been the rules we follow since we're given the @steemcurator04 account.
I only have one issue here.
If we really want to make sure every post is captured and voted, then we need to reduce our voting percentage on every post, and that would mean that some posts would receive less than 20 cents especially in a region with many steemians, putting many things into consideration. This might be the best approach to capture and retain the power to vote a wide range of posters before the account power runs below the stipulated percentage.
Also, I think the steemit team should groom a set of people that would monitor curation processes and checkmate the use of every account given to all-region. This will make all country reps use the account sincerely without being biased. It's important that we are called into order when certain things concerning curation are spotted. Only those given the mandate to do that would focus and follow every account diligently. So we should understand that in a country where there are no rules, there's no sin.
Also, I love the part where you mentioned the rotation of curation. The thing is; If every country reps working in the same region cooperate well, it would be easy and things would go well. I think this is an idea we might adopt going forward, though with a unanimous voice within our group.
It is certain that the problems listed in this post are truly true, and they can only be tackled if we all work towards staying positive.

I think this depends on the mutual agreement between the curators on how much percentage VP they all agreed on.
If you all come into consensus that 0.20$ is a fair amount of upvote to everyone in the list regardless of how the content quality or other factors of the post look like, then go ahead with that.
Personally I think, the great post should be reward a little bit more.
This is a good suggestion too, but I think The Steemit Team did monitor the usage of all the community curator, just maybe they have no idea how they curating these users, is it randomly or just based on the curators' personal list/bias.
yea I hope with this method everyone can work together or maybe have to work together to achieve the same goal. 😊
