Greetings friends.
The role of representative can be seen as a suffocating position, because it is expected to develop an activity beyond the usual; that is, apart from sharing posts and comments, it must also develop an extra task that adds value to the platform, this is something that we must do naturally; therefore, it should not be difficult to comply with the mission. Some focus on blockchain promotion, which is very important; as well as those who provide attention to new users, those who review content inside and outside a given community, there are those who are experts and provide knowledge in programming and crypto market; on the other hand, you can find those types of representatives who maintain a high percentage of comments. The only thing that all of them should have in common is that they should be an example to follow in terms of growth.
On my part, I have managed to cover certain tasks, mainly, I focus on reviewing content, guiding new users, promoting the platform and maintaining a culture of growth to provide community support through upvote.
Here is a summary of my activity during this period as a Steem representative.
