Weekly Curation Report by Team Millionaire -Week 4 December

in Steem POD Team2 years ago

Greetings fellow Steeminians.

image.png

The fourth week of December has concluded, and with it our round of curation with the SC03 account, visiting a good amount of possible "contests" publications that came together during this period in order to promote good content, as well as the activities within the platform. It has been a good week despite the fact that we are in a festive Christmas period, where normally users are busy with traditional activities according to their regions.

During this week, good contests were evidenced, in addition, we could notice good publications that were winners in some of last week's contests which were duly supported, after verifying that they complied with the main conditions.

  • Be original, plagiarism of content is not accepted, information taken from the internet must be correctly referenced to the source.
  • Preferably you should be within the investment clubs, i.e. at least 50%, 75% or 100% of your rewards are transformed into Steem Power.
  • The content must be exclusive to Steemit
  • Users should not submit SP delegations in exchange for voting services.

We invite you to review our summary of the curation work done during the fourth week of December, you will also find a link to see the consolidated information where we share the details of our management, data presented to provide transparency in the use of the SC03 account and the role of curator entrusted to us by the Steemit team to support the contests that are promoted throughout the platform and that meet the basic requirements.

Without further ado, we present the summary of what was this period of curatorship of the Millionaire Team.

During the period from 21/12/2022 to 27/12/2022 after visiting a good variety of tags, nationalities and communities we were able to support 156 posts and 30 good quality comments. Below is a table of supported posts and comments according to the club to which the user belongs.

N° of Publications Supported: 156
N° of Comments Supported: 30

Below is the summary of support by content type, with #contest remaining the most used hashtag, followed by #steemit-ironchef

Below we present the number of users by "nationality" that were supported by the team during this period. In total there were 17 countries that are related to contests with good themes.

To wrap up our curation roundup, we'd like to let you know about the 30 communities we've supported this week, as we found a fair number of quality posts in them.

Wednesday 21/12/2022: @fredquantum
It was another great day of curation using the SC03 account to curate great contest articles across the platform. For the day, I was able to curate only 22 entries, the early part of the day was somewhat associated with few entries but more of new contests and ended one trooped in later.
That being said, there is a problem we highlighted some time ago about the utilization of a unique tag by contest organizers for easy tracking of their participants. This doesn't only make it easy for them to see those entries but is beneficial to all who want to have an overview of how things went in the contest so far. The problem persists and we urge contest organizers to adopt using their own unique tag.
Likewise, during my curation, a few contest winners were corrected on the use of the club and country tags on their articles for proper documentation.

I went through the 4th week curation period well by curating 20 posts with different backgrounds, I'm happy to have a solid community curation team with an open space for warm discussion in group disputes. This encourages the curation of all posts according to the rules that have been published in the first week.
If week 3 I have curated 21 posts, week 4 my work decreased by 0.95% with 20 posts oriented towards contest organizers, winner announcements and winners.
The 20 curations can be grouped by club consisting of 8 posts belonging to club5050, 4 posts belonging to club75, while the other 8 posts belong to club100.

I present to you my final report for this month, and will therefore be the last for 2022, as part of the fourth week of my curation work within the Millionaire Team, so I take this opportunity to wish a Merry Christmas to all our Moderators, Team Members and members of the Steemit ecosystem.
This week, the number of upvoted posts was almost flat, with 19 upvoted posts, down from 20 last week, down 5%. The reverse is true for reviews, we found 4 valuable reviews that you rejected at 10%, i.e. a 25% increase. On the other hand, the number of ignored articles has decreased to 8, most of which are contests with repetitive content without any changes or additions, or contests organized by members of our team, where the rules prevent us from voting and there are also entries that have exceeded the seven days allowed to vote them.
In some club membership stats we saw a slight change in the numbers, we found 8 posts owned by club5050, 3 posts related to club75 and 8 posts related to club100 and voted 30%, 40% and 50%, respectively.

The lowest contest I found previously was 06 contests for a day. Today however I got only 04 contests when I was creating the #contestalert list. I was shocked to see the drop in contests. The day was a shocker for the crypto market as well. I’m not sure whether it has anything to correlate with the lesser number of contests. By the end of curation, I managed to find 02 more contests and winner announcements to support winners and some well-deserved comments. A hard day to curate! Yet satisfying results in the end.

Sunday 25/12/2022: @nadiaturrina
I've been curating for the fourth week. And it is a very valuable opportunity for me. I curated with heart and love. I am satisfied with the curation that I have done. I hereby assist the contest organizer. The contest can improve the quality of content in Steemit. The team consists of great and committed Steemians. I learned a lot from them. And it is an opportunity for me to continue to learn from them.
I curated with love and hearth. I feel more flexible in using curated accounts. And I've adapted to Team rules. On Sunday, 25 December 2022, via my Steemcurator03 account, I voted on 21 posts, consisting of 9 contest posts and 12 contest winner posts. I've also voted on 5 quality comments that match the theme of the post.

Monday 26/12/2022: @adeljose
It has been a very positive day, finding interesting contests that will surely help to promote good quality content although some of them show not very attractive prizes, in the same way I had the opportunity to support good publications that were selected as winners in the respective announcements of the day. In some cases I reserved my vote because the user or users were not integrated in a club, nor showed support to other users, having a CSI of 0% despite having been on the platform for more than 4 months.

Tuesday 27/12/2022: @franyeligonzalez
In my last week of December I was able to vote on 27 posts, mostly contest winner posts, however I was able to get quality contests within my working hours. I think that as a team we have been able to guide users to activate their creativity and encourage them to implement more attractive and educational topics.
I was also able to support 10 users by voting their quality comments, little by little we are visualizing a greater support among the users themselves as they are encouraged to comment and provide words of support and positive criticism to the publications made by other people. This is a great achievement.
It was a great week for the whole team, I hope to continue in the millionaire team for the next 2023. Thankful.

As requested by the Steemit team, we present the 7 publications of the week, which were considered for the quality of their content and presentation.

Top 7 Selected Publications Of The Week

Selection N° 1:

Post: 🍲 Contest - Create a Healthy Meal in Under 30 Minutes/ Steemit Travel / Author: @ripon0630 / Status Club: #Club100
Selected by: @fredquantum
Opinion: I found this contest to be quite interesting. It's a food contest that aims at seeing how users can cook under 30mins, as fast as it seems it also entails that users don't sacrifice healthy eating which means it can be prepared fast and very beneficial for consumption.
It's quite practical as well as it would also teach the audience about some recipes and overall preparation. The contest also received an appreciable adoption, as such I consider it a choice after the earlier selected organizer may not likely have an active post at the point of curation.

Selection N° 2:

Post: 7th Hot News Community contest / Future Technology / Author: @fantvwiki / Status Club: #Club100
Selected by: @irawandedy
Opinion: Technology is an integral part of the progress of human civilization because all aspects of life can be carried out optimally, time and cost efficiency. New breakthroughs continue to be made to design new effective technologies and develop existing technological inventions.
This contest is designed as a technological approach in life, contest participants are expected to be sensitive to world technological updates both currently underway and in the development process.
With this topic initiated, it is hoped that platform users can follow topics about technology in various parts of the world, of course, that are exclusive and suitable for public consumption.
The organizers have written Tips for prospective contest participants clearly so that the publications released are in accordance with the expected perspective. It would be better if the contest organizers gave other appreciation to the winners such as Steem Power so as to increase the power of Steem users.

Selection N° 3:

Post: Contest Alert! The Drawing of Our Flag / Rewards Pool 15 Steem / Author: @steemdoctor1 / Status Club: #Club75
Selected by: @kouba01
Opinion: A flag is a symbol that represents a community, a sovereign state, or a group of humans. The flag projects a message for the observer according to its colors or its emblem. In this context our dear author proposed a good contest in which asked the participants to present a publication that merges between artistic work and writing to draw the flags of these countries while explaining the meaning of its colors and symbols and its importance. . A good competition with a respectable reward to share. I wish you a good job and Merry Christmas!

Selection N° 4:

Post: CONCURSO: Te Invito a mi Mesa en está Nochebuena! / Author: @dasudi / Status Club: #Club5050
Selected by: @disconnect
Opinion: Christmas Eve is a time to celebrate and cherish the people and things that matter most in our lives. Hence, receiving an invitation to a Christmas Eve dinner can be a delightful and heartwarming experience. @dasudi made this contest sounds like a great opportunity for Steemians to come together and enjoy a festive meal even with imaginary flavors 😃. The invitation to join the table suggests a sense of community and inclusivity, which are important values on this platform. I will be waiting eagerly to join many tables, only If I’m lucky! 😉 Overall, this contest appears to be a fun and festive way to bring people together and celebrate the holiday season.

Selection N° 5:

Post: Contest! Contest!! Contest!!! : My Achievement in 2022 / Author: @simonnwigwe / Status Club: #Club100
Selected by: @nadiaturrina
Opinion: It is a good contest idea. The Contest Organizer has a special hashtag that refers to the contest, so the organizer can easily find participating posts, clear contest rules, and prizes to distribute. And most importantly, the organizers of the competition pay attention to the authenticity of the participant's posts.
The invites us to discuss what each Steemian has achieved both on the Steemit platform and outside it. We are free to express ourselves, write as creatively as possible, and motivate others to work hard in 2023.

Selection N° 6:

Post: Contest / Tell us about your favorite subject in school / 10 sp reward / Author: @malikusman1 / Status Club: #Club100
Selected by: @adeljose
Opinion: This is a very interesting contest where users are invited to recall and share their school experiences, where they must show which are their favorite subjects in school, high school or university. Thanks to this contest we will be enjoying the diversity of tastes and school experiences of the possible participants, which surely will be a good amount, the prize is good as 10 Steem will be distributed among the first 3 places.

Selection N° 7:

Post: My Lifestyle Content Choices, Choose And Write. / Author: @ngoenyi / Status Club: #Club75
Selected by: @franyeligonzalez
Opinion: I have selected this contest because I consider that you have a lot to value, first it is a contest that values new users, no doubt this is an important issue, because they are not always thought of as they should be.
It is a contest that in a way gives the opportunity to write about the topic that we like the most, that also opens many doors for those who want to participate.
In steemit there are many topics that can be addressed and in thousands of ways, so I think it is worth supporting it. Our friend presents us with a good introduction, clear rules and excellent prizes to support all new users and those who are not new and are encouraged to participate. Excellent contest.

This concludes our fourth Team Millionaire curation report for the month of December. We reiterate our thanks to the Steemit team for giving us the opportunity to support good content
