A very common autumn mushroom with a noticeable appearance, which you may have come across before. However, this is not just another toadstool, but a good edible mushroom - a relative of the champignon, by the way - which has a number of interesting qualities. Name: Coprinus Comatus, and in Russian Навозник белый. You can only collect young specimens that have not yet begun to turn black. In the photo on the left, you see one specimen that has not yet completely turned black and turned into black dirty goo like the rest. But nevertheless, he, too, is no longer fit to eat, too old for that. The mushroom picker is late here! And the photographer came just in time :)
Очень распространенный осенний гриб с приметной наружностью, который вы наверняка могли встречать. Однако это не просто очередная поганка, а замечательный съедобный гриб - родственник шампиньона, кстати - который обладает рядом интересных качеств. Имя: Coprinus Comatus, а по-русски Навозник белый. Собирать можно только молодые экземпляры, которые еще не начали чернеть. На фото слева вы видите один экземпляр, который еще не окончательно почернел и не превратился в черную грязную слизь, как остальные. Но тем не менее, он тоже уже не годится употреблять в пищу, слишком стар для этого. Грибник тут опоздал! А фотограф пришел как раз вовремя :)
