In the first photo, it’s just summer mushrooms (more precisely, autumn ones), but in winter time. We still have winter mushrooms. I picked mushrooms in January and they were yellow, vibrant and very tasty.
That year there was a big thaw and these mushrooms appeared on the trunks of dry trees :-)
