community. Back again with me @taillah. On this occasion, I would like to share our welding workshop business with KATYA SEMPURNA. This time we want to share the process of painting the traliss and installing the traliss my customer ordered last week.
In the process of making the trliss that our customer ordered a few days ago, our welding workshop made several trellis, in our manufacturing process it took about five days, namely from the cutting process to the manufacture of the trellis, in entering the painting process we waited for about a few days, because there were several other welding work that we have to do, and our workshop has consulted with our customers.
Before we start painting the trellis first, we dry it for a while which we are ready to make and can be painted, why do we dry it for a while so that later in the painting process it can be easier and so the results are neater, so we don't disappoint our customers.
While we are drying the trellis that can be painted, and we have also provided paint to be painted, and after that we immediately mix the paint manually, and we also mix the paint with a little oil so that when painted it looks good so that the trellis is more shiny and looks better.
And in the painting process we paint in the open so that all parts are exposed evenly, here's a video during the painting process that we did.
The painting process that we do takes about one day because in this process we have to do it well, so that the results are good and our customers are satisfied, because our welding workshop prioritizes the satisfaction of our customers.
After the traliss painting process is complete, we immediately bring the traliss to our customers' homes to enter the installation stage, and the installation process takes about two hours.
And first we installed the trellis on the window next to the door, and in the installation process we also did it carefully, so that the trellis we installed would be neat, and the installation also had to use small screws to make it look neat.
