On this occasion I want to share our welding workshop business when making iron fences ordered by our welding workshop customers KARYA SEMPURNA.
In the past few days we received orders from our customers, and we received orders for iron fences. After we negotiated with our customers and our customers told us to make the iron fence with small iron fences look better than the ordinary fences we made, and our welding workshop at PERFECT WORKS directly measured and made our customers' iron fences.
We immediately cut the iron according to the size of the fence, and after cutting the iron we immediately made the shape of the size of the fence and we made the size well so that the results were good, because our welding workshop prioritizes customer satisfaction.
After we weld the shape of the fence and we immediately grind the fence that we have welded, and in this process it must be done well, so that the shape of the fence will be better.

In the process of cutting the iron and designing the size of our fence it takes about one day. After the process is complete. We immediately entered the welding process.
In the welding process we have to do it well, so that later in the painting process it looks better, and we also have to measure the welding time, so that the size of the iron fence that we weld is appropriate. This is a video of the welding process.
Our welding process takes about two days, and this is the iron fence that we have finished welding, and maybe in the next few days our welding workshop KARYA SEMPURNA will enter the painting process.
In the painting process, maybe we will do it manually by hand so that the fence we make looks better.
