Ingredients used for bangke't cake.


  • 1 kg tapioca flour

  • 1/4 kg wheat flour

  • 2 coconuts

  • 1/2 kg sugar

  • 2 sachets of vanilla powder

  • 2 ounces of butter

  • enough food coloring

  • a little sweetened condensed milk

How to process it


  • For the first step I will grate the coconut first and take the coconut milk here I only take the thick coconut milk, friend, don't be too runny, the cake will be sluggish and must be really thick.

  • After the coconut milk is ready then add 1/2 kg of granulated sugar according to the size set, cook until it boils and slightly thickens then cool it first until it is completely cold.

  • After being beaten well then add the tapioca flour and flour, stir slowly, repeat adding the flour until it runs out and the dough can be formed.

  • After that print all the dough using a mold according to taste here I use a flower-shaped mold according to our client's request.

  • For the baking process, I will turn on the stove, look first. Remember, my friend, during the baking process, we only use medium heat, not too big.

  • After that put the toaster oven on the stove with the fire on after the oven is half hot then add the juice that has been printed earlier.

  • Wait for 20-30 minutes or the cake is cooked after it cools down then set aside.

  • Repeat baking until the cake runs out after that put the cake into a large jar or pack it according to your client's request.
