The difference between an business and an entrepreneur
What is the difference between business and entrepreneur? In other words, what differentiates a marketer from an entrepreneur?

An business person earns money from the share he earns from his business activity. Let me give you an example. A merchant buys a watermelon for $2 and sells it for $4. A merchant traded and earned $2 from his trading activity.

An entrepreneur thinks beyond this simple trading. He buys a watermelon for $2, spends extra money to set up a juice shop and build brands. He makes 8 glasses of watermelon juice and sells each glass for $1. He uses his activity to earn more money.

The difference between a trader and an entrepreneur is the same as the difference between a business and a start-up. While business does not grow, startups tend to grow very large. A business person has a small profit, an entrepreneur has a large profit. However, entrepreneurship is not only about making more profits, it is also about adding value to society. They add value to society through the services, products and businesses they have created.

Being an entrepreneur is not only about money, but also about solving people's problems to make their lives better. This is why we need more entrepreneurs than entrepreneurs.

Infoprenuer: The New Age Billionaires
The word infoprenuer was created by combining the two words information and entrepreneur. The word infopreneur has been around for a long time, long before the advent of information technology, which is the World Wide Web. In 1984, Harold F. Weitzen registered infopreneur as a trademark.

Who is an Infopreneur?

An infopreneur is a person who builds a business on information-related products. Infopreneurs don't sell products or services, they sell information. As in other areas of business, Infopreneurs are required to do research, spend time creating and gathering information, and use the right channel to disseminate information.

Microsoft sells products, Google sells information. That's why Bill Gates is an entrepreneur where Larry Page is an Infopreneur.

How is an Infopreneur different from an entrepreneur and a businessman?

A merchant buys a watermelon for $5 and sells it for $10, earning $5 from his business. An entrepreneur buys a watermelon for $5, makes 10 glasses of juice and sells each glass for $2, earning $15. However, Infopreneur does not sell watermelon or watermelon juice. Instead, he buys a watermelon for $5, juices the watermelon, drinks the juice, and then sells the information on how to juice the watermelon and earns by selling the profits.

Entrepreneurs vs businessman / woman
A start-up means a business or company that has the potential to grow a lot. Not all businesses can be called start-ups. For example, if you open a grocery store in your neighborhood, this is a business, but not a start-up. However, if you make organic noodles and start selling the noodles through different foods, it is a start-up.

Since startups are destined for big growth, you also need big investments. Businesses and start-ups alike can be started small and gradually invest money to grow.

The difference between a businessman/woman and an entrepreneur is the difference between a business and a start-up. Try to work at a start-up and become an entrepreneur.

Entrepreneur: A person who starts a business on his own (invests his own funds and works alone)

Solopreneur: is a person who starts, builds and runs a business on his or her own. The only difference between entrepreneurs is that entrepreneurs will work with other sole proprietors and will always work alone.

Mumpreneur: Someone who is both an entrepreneur and a mum, who actively manages both the business and the role of mother.

Techprenuer: A person who runs a technology business.

Socialprenuer: A person who starts and builds a business that deals with social issues.

Webpreneur: A person who starts and runs a web business.

Wantrepreneur: A person who has a great business idea but hasn't started it yet.

Although you won't find this classification of entrepreneurs in any dictionary, the classification is used to identify what kind of business you are running or want to run.
