Assalamu Alaikum, how are you? I hope everyone is well . One of our favorite flowers is kadam. Today I am writing something about kadam flower.

Sujala Sufla Green Forest is our Bangladesh our country is the country of six seasons although spring is called the king of seasons but the monsoon is not less. Rain is also the queen of nature. Different flowers bloom in each season, nature easily communicates the message of the arrival of different seasons through these flowers.We know the names of many flowers and there are many unknown flowers, each flower has different characteristics, their color is different, their smell is different, some flowers are multi-colored, some have no smell, flowers with many such characteristics are wonderful in our nature. Spreading forms, one of them is Kadam flower.

Although many types of flowers bloom during monsoons, kadam flowers and monsoons are related to each other from ancient times. As if every drop of monsoon rain is touching the step as tears. During the rainy season, there is sound of rain all around and the ponds are filled with trees and trees with incredibly beautiful yellow flowers, its name is Kadam.The raindrops, the wind, the scent of kadam flowers create a different feeling in the mind, and Bengalis have different feelings about the kadam of the monsoon. How emotional our Bengalis are. So the poet said

From Rabindra Sahitya to Nazrul Sahitya, no one could avoid Kadam flower, even rural poet Jaseem Uddin fell in love with Kadam, so he wrote in Palli Varsha poem...

Kadam Flower: Kadam flower belongs to Rubiaceae family. Its scientific name is Antho cephalus kadamba. They are commonly found in eastern parts of Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Myanmar. Kadam trees are usually 30-40 feet tall. The width is upwards of 5 to 7 feet. Flowers globose on long peduncles. Flower color mixed with yellow and white. This flower blooms in Asadha-Shravan month.

Benefits of Kadam tree:

1. Worm infestation of children: usually 4-5 years old children 200 ml. The juice of young kadam leaves should be consumed once a day. If the infestation does not reduce, if you feed it twice in the morning and afternoon, you will get benefits within a week. The juice is effective for both roundworms and earthworms. The amount of leaf juice should be increased in proportion to age.
2. To remove the bad smell of the mouth: To remove the bad smell of the mouth, cut the flowers of Kadam and boil them in water and gargle with that water. It will remove the bad smell.
3. Tumor pain relief: Ayurvedic doctors claim that swelling and pain can be relieved if the young leaves of Kadam are heated as much as possible with a sandalwood bat.
4. Relieving eye inflammation: Mix equal amounts of kadam bark powder, opium and alum and apply it around the eyes to remove eye inflammation.
5. To remove thirst: Thirst is also strong in high fever. In such a situation, drinking the juice of Kadam fruit removes thirst.
6. To reduce mouth sores: If you have sores or sores on your mouth, take a decoction of Kadam leaves and gargle with it. When a rotting wound or wound comes into contact with tannin, the wound cells are degraded to form a thin covering and heal the wound.
7. In the treatment of malaria: quinovic acid (quinovic acid) and cincotanic acid. (cinchotannic acid) is used in the treatment of malaria.
8. Cell growth: Many people are blocked by Kadam leaves. Because the bark of the tree is applied to the skin, if it is blocked by Kadam leaves, the growth of the skin ie swelling is reduced.
9. To reduce vomiting in children: The juice of Kadam skin is mixed with crushed ochini to reduce vomiting.
10. Energy increase: Kadam bark juice is antipyretic and strength booster.
