I doubt it was a bio test blast gone wrong since they've already isolated the DNA, preliminary results are coming back that it was a bat to cat to human transmission. Which has helped start an advance towards a vaccine....if China is lying again like they did with SARS I would imagine global international outcries will be hell to pay.
