Binance neutral stance

I like Binance's neutral stance.

She announced that she would not block the accounts of normal residents of the Russian Federation. However, she issued a statement that she would block the accounts of high-ranking people on the list and follow the situation and European regulations.

I am neutral in this situation and I think that we should not treat any innocent people immorally and respect their basic human rights, and that means not restricting innocent people or other people and giving them access to cryptocurrencies.
