There was a dim sum restaurant in a very old and run-down building around Victoria Park when I visited Hongkong back in 2011. Not too many customers but the food is nice. Not sure if it's still open.
@atyh1985 I don't know the name because me and my friend were really just simply looking for a place nearby to have breakfast that day. But it was a really nice serendipitous discovery. I agree that it most likely have closed down already.
