01 | One and a half kilos of fish |

06 | Two small pieces of ginger |
07 | A tablespoon of red pepper |
08 | A spoonful of turmeric |
09 | Half a teaspoon of salt |
10 | Green coriander as required |
This is the second step of making fish, I washed the fish well and after that I dusted it with flour and salt to remove the smell and then I cut it with a knife. Make small cuts with help so that the spices are well mixed in it
I put oil in a frying pan and put onions in it. And put them on low heat. When they turn light brown in color.
Then we grind garlic, ginger and green chillies in it. When they turned light brown in color, then we added red chilli, turmeric and salt and fried it well. Then we put the fish in it and put it on low heat. When our fish became soft, then we put green coriander in it.
It took me about 40 to 45 minutes to prepare the fish and after that you have a delicious fish and at the end I cut some coriander with a knife and put it on top to give it the best flavor. And may its beauty increase further.
