How are you all, friends? I hope everyone is well. I am @shikhurana. I am well by the grace of Allah.
Pumpkin Flower Chop is quick to make to diversify the menu. It takes less time and ingredients to make this chop. The mood of winter is in vain without eating pumpkin flower chops in winter. This flower is available in the market during winter. I made this chop in 10 minutes.

Let's start today's pumpkin flower recipe.

Pumpkin flowers10 t
Gram flour8 spoon
Onion1 t
Garlic3 cloves
Ginger + cumin1 spoon
Green pepper5
Turmeric powderhalf spoon

STEP-1
  • First, paste all the ingredients, including green chilies, onion, garlic, ginger, and cumin.

  • Mix gram flour, paste spices, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, and all the ingredients together well. The amount of water should be mixed with awareness so that the mixture is not too thick or too thin.

  • Dip the flowers in the mixture. The mixture should stick well on both sides of the flower.

  • Heat oil in a pan on the stove. Then put flowers one by one in hot oil. If one side is fried, flip it over.

Fry the flowers until light brown. Fry it upside down without browning. Then my short-time delicious pumpkin flower chops are ready.
