I am a Bangladeshi. We are Bengalis. Our favorite food is rice. And there is no question if there is fish with this rice. A long time ago, wise people used to say that Bengali is Bengali in fish and rice. There are many rivers in Bangladesh. A lot of fish are available in this river. The people of Bengal cultivate paddy in their fertile agricultural land. And rice comes from this paddy. For this reason, Bengalis are called fish and rice Bengalis. For those who are a little more wealthy, domestic chicken is added to their meals. And vegetables are added to make the food taste better. Then it is very tasty to eat.

Egg is one of the most essential and well-known food of village Bengal. Bengalis are very hard working. They don't want to sit down and eat. Along with farming, they also do small farms at home. In that farm, natives also feed cows, goats, etc. along with chickens. Eggs are a very nutritious food. These eggs contain a lot of calories. It nourishes our body. To prepare this khadim, first boil the egg. Frying that egg in soybean oil will give it such a beautiful color. But before frying the egg in oil, the egg should be mixed with turmeric and enough salt.

Bara is a traditional dish of Bangladesh. It takes some time to make. Because tin is the main material used to make Bara. This kalai should be soaked in water for 6 to 7 hours. By soaking the ink in water, it becomes soft. Then they are ground and fried in soybean oil with necessary spices. This bara is eaten mixed with rice. A very tasty dish.

Boot-muri is a well-known dish of Bengal. Because these boots are cultivated in their agricultural land and these boots are called gram boots. Muslims break their fast in the month of Ramadan with it. Moreover, poor people will know it better, because they go to work early in the morning. This food they can eat very cheaply ie boot muri for the lowest money in Bangladesh, as breakfast. So it is mostly known to poverty people. To cook it, the boots are soaked and softened, mixed with various spices, and cooked in the oven with oil. It is a very nutritious food.

When a guest comes to the house of a Bengali person. They treat their guests to the utmost. Supreme gives their love. Each guest actually cooks a colorful meal. Pitha is made and Polao is cooked especially if the guest smiles. Polao looks like rice. But it is not boiled like rice. They are prepared in different ways with different spices and rice. I had the polao with fried boiled egg and fish fry with light beef. It looked so delicious.
