Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all I hope all are well and healthy by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Many thanks to @hive163291, for a very nice contest organized by @hive163291 in this month of Ramadan. First of all I am participating in this contest by wishing everyone Ramadan Mubarak. So let's get started.

The month of Ramadan means to worship, to ask God for forgiveness from sins, to pray, to be restrained. In this month, Muslim religious people generally worship God by abstaining from food and drink from the morning prayer until the Maghrib call to prayer. However, in every country, other months Compared to this month, the food items are different. So I am sharing with you about my Ramadan cooking today.

Seheri food


Sehri food should be eaten before Sadiq in the morning. And so I cook Sehri every night at 2:30 this Ramadan. So today's Seheri recipe was Gulsha fish curry, beef and milk. Since I will not eat all day, milk like food will be in the food menu every day along with other food. However, we all eat Sehri together very well. Sehri food is a bit heavy and nutritious food. So that the body gets energy from this Sehri food for the whole day.

Iftar meal


Iftar is usually eaten after Maghrib Azan. At Iftari, Muslim religious people of different countries eat food of different traditions. Different types of food are served in iftari in our country. But the main food in iftari is different types of dates,sharbat, various types of fritters and fruits. Today for iftari I have sharbat with sugarcane juice, watermelon banana and vajapuri with salad. sharbat is a water dehydrator in our body fills the gap.Besides, it is Sunnah to break the fast by eating dates in the hadith. Because our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to break his fast by eating dates.

dinner


Some people eat a light dinner and some don't. However, we eat a small amount of food at night. Every day I cook something different for the night but today I cooked dal and sweet pumpkin bhaji with sajnedanta.

Conclusion


In this month of Ramadan, people's movement, food, lifestyle etc. are completely different from other months. But it is better to eat halal, good and nutritious food during Ramadan. This was my presentation today.Hope you like it.
