Preparation for Ramadan|| Invited for food platter for Ramadan

Assalamualaikum to all of my friends. I hope you all are having a very good time here. One of the longest festive for Muslim is knocking at our door. And it's Ramadan. In Bangladesh it's from Friday.

Ajwa restaurant

It's about fast all the day and eat after sunset to sunrise. But it's not only fasting and eating in Ramadan. Rather it's all about prayer and show solidarity for the low earning people and relatives, friends and so on.

Nice Table

On this occasion most of the restaurant arrange special food for Ramadan. Most of the restaurant get busy before 7-10 days for preparation. We tried to cut cost and gain minimum profit on food in Ramadan.

Awesome decoration

One of my friends restaurant named "Ajwa" invited us for suggestion to set their Ramadan Ifter Platter.
It's 15 km far from our city. We started with bike of my fried Sami. He came with his son to drop him to his grandparents house. After dropping him we started towards Ajwa restaurant. We reached at 4:45 pm after 25 mins bike journey.
It's situated beside highway and it's decorations are beautiful. They can sell good amount of food in reasonable price.

Discussion going on

Then we discussed about their Ramadan food menu. We set four special platter for Ramadan.

Platter 1

Mexican fried rice, wonton, chicken masala, dates, fruit custard,jilabi, bbq chicken, fried potato.

BBQ platter

Platter 2

Chicken Biryani, chicken curry, jilabi, boiled egg, meat ball, dates and salad.

Biryani platter

Platter 3

Grilled chicken, parata, mayonnaise, chicken roll, date, fruit custard, and salad.

Grilled platter

Platter 4

Meat ball, chicken roll, wonton, jilabi, date, fried potato fruit custard, whole lentil cooked.

Traditional platter

All the platter added with water and lemon mint juice.
We set very reasonable price for all the platter. The prices are

After selecting the food and price we ordered all the food for photography which are needed for promotion purpose.

After photography we tasted most of the food. From all of the food chicken roll was best.
