Once again, I come to you to participate in this amazing topic of the fifth week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge. Through today's challenge, I will share with you about What Mountain Do I Want To Climb?.

Have you ever climbed a mountain? describe your experience

---

Since our house is near the mountains, I climbed the small hills many times as a child. However, in 2020, I first climbed Chandranath Hill, one of the highest mountains in our area, which is a very challenging thing to climb because it is so steep that most people climb half way up and back down. It is located in our Sitakunda, and it has a temple on the top, which is called a pilgrimage site for Hindus.

A specialty of this mountain is that those who climb it early in the morning in the winter get a close view of the clouds. So I also climbed the mountain with my friends early in the morning in December 2020 to experience the clouds up close. It took about three hours to reach the top, and I took many breaks in between. Although I didn't see any clouds, but the whole experience of climbing the mountain was amazing.

Which mountain will you climb next? What sensations and passions do you want to find there?

I want to give my mountain climbing experience a different dimension, and I want to climb Tajingdong, one of the highest mountains in Bangladesh, which is about 4135 feet high and is located in Bandarban district of Chittagong Hill Tracts. So far, very few people have managed to climb to the top of this mountain. And ever since I was able to climb the Chandranath mountain, I have been wanting to climb this mountain as well.

I know that climbing it is not an easy task, as it takes a lot of physical and mental preparation. And from the experience of those who have been able to reach its summit, I know that they had to endure a lot of hardships to get there. But after climbing to its summit, they saw an impossibly beautiful form of earth and felt a peaceful flow of air that I also wanted to enjoy.

What challenges might you find to climb the mountain of your dreams? how will you find a solution for that?

My dream mountain is to climb Mount Everest, the highest mountain in the world, but it will be too dangerous for a common man like me who does not have the skills and abilities to climb the mountain. So I would like to climb Tajingdong, one of the highest mountains in our country, because I can acquire the necessary skills and equipment to do so.

While climbing Chandanath mountain, I faced several challenges, from which I gained many experience I needed to climb the mountain. That is why, before climbing the mountain, I must carry all the necessary equipment, energy, food, water, etc. I'll take breaks every now and then, and set a target that I have to reach so far on this walk. In this way, I hope to reach the top of the mountain, step by step.

What did you prepare to be able to climb the mountain of your dreams?

Tajingdong mountain has many pits, so I have to take every step very carefully while climbing here because one wrong step can cause me to slip and cause a big accident, so I will train myself first or get experience in mountain climbing from a training center.

When climbing the mountain, I must take all my necessary equipment with me, such as a climbing helmet that will protect me from any stones falling on my head and mountaineering boots that are specially made for climbing and that give me ankle support.,mountaineering backpack in which I can keep food, water, necessary things, etc. Besides that, I will carry some light but high-energy food that will keep me hydrated for the whole climb.
