The main theme of my trip today is "Industrial Tour of jamuna industrial park".
Which is organized by my current educational institution Bangladesh Handloom Education and Training center. I am a regular student of BSc in Textile Engineering Level 2, Term 1 in Wet Process Engineering. We have one industrial tour every semester. In continuation of which an industrial tour is organized in our Jamuna Industrial Park. It is located about 80 km from Sahepratap in Narsingdi.

Our journey started at 06.30 in the morning after breakfast. For which we left our college hall at 6:15 in the morning for the purpose of destination. The bus carrying us was waiting for us in front of our campus. The journey started with us for the destination at 07.00 in the morning.

We were all very excited about our educational tour. Sitting in the beautiful nature bus on both sides of the road was touching our minds.

Finally after a long wait at 09:35 we arrive at our desired destination. First we took some group pictures to make the day memorable.
Then one by one we enter the Jamuna Industrial Park.

Upon entering, we can see all the huge installations. A pleasant environment fascinates us Through many flowering plants, the factory has given a unique look. Then we come to the place of completion of the main production activities for factory inspection.Our authorities have instructed us not to take any kind of pictures inside. So, I sincerely apologize for not being able to share the picture inside the factory.

First we enter the pre-treatment part Where sizing, desizing, scouring and bleaching and drawing processes are done in phases. Where the average temperature is 40 ° C In this part, the fabric is made suitable for dyeing Complete modernization of this factory Every machine is modThen we go to the knitting and printing section in stages to see the production activities. From the knitting section we can learn how sample making is done.

And from the printing section we can know how digital printing is done on cloth. I was very happy to hear that just about any of my favorite pictures or scenes can be painted on cloth and I became interested in working in this section in my future career. There is a man behind him Whose name is Alim Patwari. He is the head of the digital printing department of this faMany more sincere people. He explained each step very carefully.

Now it's time to visit the spinning department..Engineer Bahar Uddin, GM , Spinning Department first gave us an idea about spinning in his room for 15 minutes. Of course, he is a very funny man and also a poet. He divided us into four groups A, B, C and D so that we can look beautiful. As before, you are not allowed to take pictures of our machineries in this section. First I saw the carding, drawing and finishing processes from the blowroom. Each of the machines in this section is as modern as ever.Each of which is imported from Switzerland, China, Barcelona.

Finally our long visit is over. This time it was my turn to return. I was forced to open Punjabi on the bus when it was hot in the heat of the street chatting with my friends.
