The Sensation of Traveling to the Pantan Terong Tourism Area

Takengon City has become my home, I often travel to this city for sightseeing or business purposes. In this city I found a more different nuance compared to the atmosphere where I live in North Aceh. Geographically it is very different, where I live is a coastal area, while the city of Takengon is a mountainous area.

When I first came here, I needed to adapt to the weather in this area. Because this is a mountainous area, the air here is very cool. I started to feel different sensations and nuances with the cool air and the feel of the mountains.

I often visit a number of tourist spots, there are many tours that can be accessed via various routes. However, sometimes a number of routes have difficult road access because they have inclines and cheats. There are a number of road points that are dangerous if passed by motorbikes, so high risks must be watched out for.

Like the route to the Pantan Terong tourist area, if we go to this tourist spot through the city area, then the path we will take is a very uphill road. Besides we have to be careful when driving, also make sure that the vehicle is in good condition to travel. Safety should always be the priority, so choose a safer path to travel even if it sometimes has a long distance.

If you go to the Pantang Terong tourist location, you should make sure your vehicle is in prime condition to climb inclines and has good brake conditions. To avoid uphill and steep paths, we can go to the tourist location of Pantan Eggplant via another route, namely via Jalan Kute Panang. This path is even closer if passed through the Rembele Airport road, Bener Meriah.

This path does not seem so uphill, compared to the path from Takengon to Pantan Terong. The path to here has a good asphalt road, the width of the road can be traversed by cars. When I was around the tourist location of Pantan Terong, I took a selfie here while enjoying the cool air and natural beauty.

Pantan Terong is on top of a high hill, so I'm in an altitude area, where I can see the fog over the mountains even in the daytime. The fog seemed to cover the tops of the hills in this highland mountainous area. This still beautiful area is also included in the plantation area.

Passing this path I can see a number of plantations belonging to local residents in this area. There are coffee, cabbage, and potato gardens, the one I found the most was cauliflower and potato gardens. Colder areas may be more suitable for growing potatoes and cabbage.

Meanwhile, the forest ecosystem in the hilltop area still looks beautiful with trees growing wild. Typical tree species in mountainous areas, such as pine, fir and a number of other large tree species grow in this mountainous area. This forest ecosystem area is important for supporting supports in mountainous areas, so that it can prevent landslides.

The balance between the interests of human life and the universe, such as forests, needs to be preserved. Nature provides many benefits if we take good care of it. If we do logging, disasters will easily come, such as landslides, arid and floods, so it is important for us to maintain the balance of nature by preserving the forest and tree ecosystems around us.

I recommend you to pass this route when you want to visit Pantan Terong tourism. A safer and closer route if from the KKA-Bener Meriah route area. In addition, we can also enjoy the sensation of nature around the plantation area of local residents.
