My Cooking Activity|| Palm fruit soup(Atama soup)

I know alot of people are chefs in their region. Some of us just cook alot for family feeding sake. But, I love cooking my native food.
This meal is one of the native soups I really love.
The menu name is Atama soup. The main dish of this soup is palm fruit and Atama leaf.
The ingredients needed for this meal are:
Palm fruits
Atama leaf
Crayfish
Maggi and salt
Onions and pepper
Stock fish
Dryfish
Periwinkle
Meat.
- The meat and stockfish to be used is washed and poured inside a pot, it's then seasoned with onions, pepper, salt and maggi and allowed to cook.
- The palm fruit is then washed and put inside mortar and pounded until the seed is being seen.
- The Atama leaf is washed, cut into tiny pieces and drained in hot water.
- Once the meat is ready, you pit that aside. In a big pot, wash the palm fruit with hot water to get the stock.
- Then place the pot on fire, add your crayfish, dry fish, salt and maggi ,meat stock and stock fish and allow to boil for sometime.
When you get the level of thickness you want, you then add the leaf.
Food is ready. Serve with any swallow of your choice.
I first of all line up plates to serve depending on the number of persons at home. Once I'm done dishing into the different plates, I start by calling out the names of those at home starting from the oldest to the youngest. Because I will still add extra meat to the youngest.
Note that there has got to be enough meat, stockfish and dryfish in this meal, so the plate can look full enough and attractive.
