Paramo sickness is a discomfort caused by low temperatures, usually occurs when you go from a flat place to the cold mountains...especially in Venezuela that we have only two seasons.
And you know if you would come back you can usually avoid this discomfort by preparing yourself before the trip, exercising, drinking a lot of water.
