Enjoy the beauty of the Batee Iliek river with Adek

After two weeks of studying and participating in various activities in the hostel, this afternoon I decided to refresh for a while to make my mind calmer while I had free time too. Well, this afternoon I decided to go to Batee Iliek with two of my younger siblings who were staying at Dayah Ummul Ayman Samalanga.

After picking them up at the Ummul Ayman Islamic Boarding School, we immediately went to Batee Iliek, which is not too far from Dayah Adek's boarding house. Arriving at this beautiful natural tourist location, we immediately stopped at one of the cottages for us to relax.

We chose a seat at the bottom of the hut which is close to the river directly so that it feels cooler and more comfortable too. We also ordered Chicken Penyet for our lunch and also three glasses of cold drinks in the form of two glasses of cold tea and a glass of cold Tarik tea.

After several months of not stopping here, it turns out that the atmosphere of the natural beauty here is still very beautiful and very comfortable to enjoy, the nature and rocky rivers that characterize tourism here are well maintained by local residents. Enjoying a delicious lunch with a cold drink while listening to the river water flowing between the rocks made my mind immediately feel fresh and relaxed, all the burdens of my mind that had been pent up seemed to disappear.

The Batee Iliek River that we visited is located in Bireun Regency, precisely beside the Banda Aceh-Medan national road, this is one of the list of tourist attractions that I always want to visit with Adek in my spare time. When we go out, we are always the three of us because we are both staying and far from our parents.

At fun times like this, we talk about many exciting things and make us laugh with each other, I also share a lot of positive insights with them so that they are even more active in studying at Dayah. The view of the Batee Iliek river this afternoon was really beautiful, it made us amazed that we didn't want to go home, but time was running and various activities were waiting for us which made us have to leave this beautiful place.
