Hello steemit travel friends wherever you are I hope everyone is in good health and always blessed. Today I again invited friends for a staycation to a place where it is really cool for healing.

Last weekend, I and 2 of my rented friends went for refreshment to a place called the Raja Ali Haji Museum, Batam City, which is located in the Engku Putri square complex, Batam Center, Riau-Indonesia. The people of the city of Batam often spend weekends visiting the Raja Ali Haj Museum.

In this museum there is a history of Malay culture which until finally stood in the city of Batam. This complex area is the center of government of the city of Batam and now the Raja Ali Haji Museum has become one of the destinations in the city of Batam which is visited by many local and foreign tourists.

The Raja Ali Haji Museum was once a white building which was formerly a national level MTQ XXVI grand event in 2014. After 2 years of not being used, this building was eventually converted into a tourist attraction for the Raja Ali Haji Museum until now. Looking from a distance this museum looks like a mosque building, because it has several minarets and domes. Plus the overall building pattern is white.

The entrance to the museum is decorated with miniature Dutch-flagged ships. Immediately seeing this ship I concluded that this was a Dutch ship because I saw that there were cannons on the left and right. It turned out to be true after I asked the officer. For visitors who want to explore the museum, they only need to fill in the guest book. On the inside, the museum building looks elongated and curved.

Visitors can start exploring the museum either from the left or right of the aisle and before entering the aisle there are several historical objects left by the Malay people. Along the aisle, historic old school photos are also displayed on the museuk walls. Starting from photos of historical objects, figures to the condition of the city of Batam in the past and each extended photo has a brief explanation in English and Indonesian.

There are some historical objects that are still intact. But the unique thing about this thing is that it doesn't have the slightest explanation. After asking the officer, it turns out that to find out an explanation regarding this object we have to use a code. At the end of the hall there is also the historic section of the Batam City authority, but this section has not been fully filled in the long cupboard. Not only objects but also a miniature map of the city of Batam.

Thus my post today, hopefully it can entertain all of you. See you in another exciting and fun travel post. Greetings Steemians
