Many people like more or less noodles. Especially the little ones like it very much. This is my first post in this community .

• 2 packets of noodles.
• Onion 5 - 6 nos
• Chilli 9-10 nos
• Oil quantity.
• 2 eggs.
• Salt in moderation.

STEP-01

First of all, I cut the pepper and chopped the onions. Then I took two eggs. I took two packets of noodles.

Then I took water in a pan on the stove and cut the packets of noodles and put them in the water to boil. So that the water falls. Because if there is water, it will be soft and fluffy. It will not be neat and shiny.

Then put a pan in the oven. I waited until it was warm for a while.

When the pan was hot, I put enough oil in it. I waited until the oil was hot.

When the oil is hot, put the onion and chillies in the oil. Now stir it well with a spoon. So that the onions do not burn too much. I stir it for a long time.

Then I gave the spices in the Ludus packet. Then I broke two eggs and mixed them in hot oil and spices. I stirred until the eggs were fried so as not to burn.

Then I slowly put the noodles in the pot. Now I started to move quickly.

Now reduce the volume of the stove so that it does not burn. I started stirring slowly in low heat. After stirring for a long time, the ludus are becoming very soft. If you want, you can add vegetables along with the noodles. Then I picked them up in a container. Then I arranged a beautiful container for serving.
