It is definitely a plagiarism!!, because he has mistaken Venice for Verona, in the text he confuses it!! I know those places well since Verona is my provincial capital, I have just seen the post!
Extra point to ensure it. Thank you! 👍🏼 Besides, the first picture looks like a previous composition that was made out in a application or software for treatment of photography. I think the person cut a selfie and pasted over the background of "Venice".
It is clear that the image is edited.
