🥰লতা দিয়ে ছোট মাছ চচ্চড়ি মজাদার রেসিপি🥰

আল্লাহর ওশেষ নিয়ামতে ভালো আছি!!!
। আমার সকল খাদ্য প্রেমি বন্ধুরা আজকে আমি আপনাদের মাঝে নতুন একটি রেসিপি নিয়ে হাজির হয়েছি। আসলে খাবার দাবার খেতে কেই না পছন্দ করে !! নতুন নতুন রেসিপি খেতে সবাই পছন্দ করে ।তাই আমি যখন যেটা পারি সেটাই করি এবং তা আপনাদের মাঝে শেয়ার করি।তো বন্ধুরা আমার আজকের রেসিপিটা আশা করি আপনাদের ভালো লাগবে।আজকে আমি একটা রেসিপি রান্না করলাম।
আজকে আমি লতা দিয়ে ছোট মাছ রান্না করলাম। আসলে মাঝে মাঝে মাছ মাংস খেতে খেতে আর ভালো লাগেনা। তাই আমাদের যখন যেটা ভালো লাগে সেটা রান্না করে ফেলি। ছোট মাছ আর লতা আজকের রেসিপিটা হলো।
চলুন তাহলে শুরু করা যাক
রেসিপিটা তৈরি করতে আমাদের যা যা প্রয়োজন
- তেল
- লবণ
- কাঁচা মরিচ
- পেঁয়াজ
- হলুদের গুঁড়া
- মরিচের গুঁড়া
- ছোট মাছ
- লতা
প্রথম ধাপ
কাঁচা মরিচ পেঁয়াজ কুচি কুচি করে কেটে তেলের মাঝে ছেড়ে দেবো। তারপর সেখানে হালকা পরিমাণ পানি দিয়ে দেব।
দ্বিতীয় ধাপ
মরিচের গুঁড়া হলুদের গুঁড়া লবণ সবকিছু দিয়ে দিলাম হালকা পানির মাঝে। তারপর নেড়েচেড়ে নেব।
তৃতীয় ধাপ
লতাগুলো দিয়ে ভালোভাবে কষিয়ে নেব।।
চতুর্থ ধাপ
হালকা পরিমাণ পানি দিয়ে মাছ গুলো দিয়ে দেব।তারপর পানি শুকিয়ে গেলে চুলা থেকে নামিয়ে নেব।
