There is a saying in English,
The roots of education taste bitter, but the fruit is sweet. "

Which means,
The roots of education taste bitter, but the fruit is sweet. "
Much like Amalki, maybe to get its sweetness sometimes you have to travel long distances but at some point you get that sweetness. When someone grabs a lantern to light it, he tries to pull it down by pulling that hand out of ignorance or selfishness. Only morale and education can always keep that lantern burning.

I call it the best education, which not only provides information, which builds our lives in harmony with the universe. ”
- Rabindranath Tagore

The most realistic thing in our life is that everyone goes to the city after learning to read. Who wants to leave the happiness, comfort and comfort of the city and stay in Ajparaga! This is how the meritorious children leave the village and become the people of the city. They no longer have contact with the soil. So the village is not developed. Day by day the villages become desolate. But our economy is still rural. The overall development of Bangladesh is not possible without the villages. Our educated population understands this. But do not apply in their own case. In this age of information technology, the world has reached a point where it is possible to bridge the gap between rural and urban areas. Anyone with an internet connection can also work for the most developed city in the United States from a remote village. Some are doing so.

Our today's review is of that conventional genre .. Rahitul Islam, the writer of the story of the dreams and struggles of such an educated youth, wrote in his novel 'Char Master Computer Engineer', and continuing that trend, director Vicky Zayed directed this telefilm 'Char Master'.

Name of the play: Charer Master
Director: Vicky Zayed
Starring: Khairul Bashar
Safa Kabir

One of the symbols of youth abandonment is 'Char Master'.
Spoiler alert
The main character of the play is Shafiq. She graduated in Computer Science from a reputed private university. The parents wanted the boy to finish his studies and get a big job in the city to brighten their face. But Shafiq wanted to go back to the village. He wants to develop the people of the chars where there is no good way to travel as sophisticated and technologically skilled people. Shafiq's inspiration in this work is one of his school sir. Who has built a school with the resources of his whole life. Shafiq wants to leave his lucrative job and leave the city to take charge of that school. But will his attempt succeed? **Acting and screenplay**

Well, suppose you read a mind-blowing book, you will be satisfied by tasting the juice of that fantasy by putting someone in the central character in the realm of imagination, and when the desire of that mind is fulfilled, who will see Khairul Bashar in the lead role on the screen? Was realized. Just as he was accustomed to the life of the city, he was a rural Panditmashai carrying a normal shirt on his shoulder as a char master.

“The telefilm has been well received by the audience. This story is a story of dedication and success of youth. The story has become familiar to the audience with its uniqueness. I started thinking of myself as one of them in a few days. "

Whether it's a movie or a drama, the presence of two people reveals the essence of that drama or movie.
Hero character
Villain character
Here, the chairman's performance has been great with Khairul Bashar on equal footing. Honestly, I have been fascinated by the chairman's performance and gestures throughout the play. His dialogue delivery was excellent. Of course, it didn't happen or why his performance in the famous serial drama 420 touched his heart. Some of his dialogues in Char's master telefilm were very funny.

Ajogar is coming to A--
A-- I will eat the mango, the python is coming from the other side, I will eat the mango paira this way, eat it, Allah .. I have eaten it and the python has eaten it for you. What is the benefit of all these teachings?
Who gave a beautiful meaning in a negative way.

  **Charer master in admirable criticism**

Whether it is a book-centric novel or a story, if the screenplay is not complete in the form of a book, it works in a hollow way in the mind. Referring to the success of Digital Bangladesh in the telefilm, State Minister Junaid Ahmed Palak said, “When I go to different rural areas and talk to young people, I realize that most of them want to go either to the city or abroad. From such a position, Rahitul brings a wonderful context to his story, which is very inspiring! I was very optimistic about the Banga Bob project, and its popularity was huge. Rahitul Islam, a young writer who wrote the telefilm 'Charer Master', said that the plot of the story came to his mind after participating in a workshop with village freelancers. He thanked Banga for selecting his novels in the first season of Banga Bob. Vicky Jahed, director of Char Master Telefilm, actor Khairul Basar, Masum Aziz, COO of Banga Bob Limelight Show and Mushafiqur Rahman, Chief Content Officer of Banga Bob Limelight Show.

                   **Feedback**

In terms of his own style, of course, two things that have been very good are Khairul Basar's mixed character and Cheyenne's performance. Life in the city was so bizarre here.
