Hello Freddio! I am new to your forum. I am involved in weightlifting ( I enjoy non competitive Olympic lift and basic powerlifting as well) There is an exactness with weightlifting as well as a sense of accomplishment. The numbers do not lie and as long as you don't cheat them, you can have a really good feeling of personal accomplishment. I also enjoy watching track and field events and swimming. I have been a fan of Muay Thai (traditional) for a number of years. I also coach people in weightlifting and produce athletic clothing for athletes. some of my vids are at Dtube
