Steem Environment: Awareness of Maintaining Environmental Cleanliness

As civilization develops, making all sectors continue to develop, technological developments, buildings and food cover are also inseparable from the performance of humans, all elements that seek to make changes to this earth do not stabilize the earth's conditions. Humans continue to make changes for the needs and sustainability of human interests, it is a pity that these changes have forgotten to restore the needs of the earth. Therefore, damage to the ecosystem, climate and environment will continue to be damaged without restoration. It is very important that there are souls who grow and care about the sustainability of the environment.

Taking big steps at the same time will be very difficult to move a sustainable spirit, starting a sustainable spirit can start by taking small steps first, by taking care of our environment. as social beings endowed with a mind that differentiates them from other creatures, however there are small things that are often overlooked which are of great significance to other creatures, here are small steps to keep the environment clean.

What are your efforts to keep your environment clean and healthy.

1. Do not burn garbage in the morning
Burning trash is one of the habits of Indonesian people that is difficult to change, this can pollute the environment around where you live, especially in the morning, the morning is a healthy time to breathe the oxygen that has been produced by the trees. it is very common to find people burning garbage in the morning, this habit can be found in offices and housing that burn garbage without thinking about the condition of the surrounding community, preferably organic waste can be planted without being burned, this can improve the quality of soil fertility, while non-organic waste can be disposed of the nearest garbage collection, this is something that we ourselves don't pay attention to.

This effort can be implemented in taking the role of inviting family, close relatives and neighbors to protect the environment, this can benefit all parties without exception, I started implementing this since 2020, I collect all the fallen leaves and plant them in wells old.

2. Plant Trees
As we all know that trees are able to emit oxygen as a source of survival for humans, planting trees is the same as planting goodness, every human who passes by and breathes oxygen from the trees we plant will get blessings for ourselves, planting trees is an effort to maintain cleanliness we can observe together that many people who are infected with the corona virus are people who live in urban areas, while it is very rare for people who live in rural areas and mountains to get information about being infected with the virus.

Awareness of protecting the environment must be grown in the younger generation, this can be taught to students who still have a science room, cultivating a sense of love for the environment can also be done with seminars and similar training activities, trees are very meaningful for humans to breathe and live healthy, the area which still has many trees, the natural atmosphere is very fresh and able to relax thoughts that are stressed with work.

Therefore, let's plant trees to preserve nature, so they can produce oxygen for future generations.

3. Recycle plastic
In this case, the community is still very lacking in attention to recycling household waste. every day households are able to produce waste of approximately 2 kg of waste per day, just imagine that in a year the waste generated by households. based on that, it is very important to educate waste management as an effort to reduce household waste, so as to be able to implement this education so as to produce a clean living environment.

Every waste generated at home I use to make polybets, as seen in the picture above, I use cooking oil packaging waste as polybers to plant oil palm seeds, so that my house does not produce new waste, only manages existing waste, this is as form of awareness in protecting the environment.

Each of us certainly produces waste every day. How much waste do you produce every day?
Humans are social beings who have the necessities of life to carry out survival, every time fulfilling primary needs will certainly produce waste, the waste produced can be in the form of food, clothing and shelter. There is certainly a lot of waste produced from food for everyone.

every day people produce more than 1 kg of waste generated from food shopping, market shopping. smokers produce the most waste, each smoker is capable of producing more than 3 grams of waste.

Do you feel annoyed when you see trash scattered in the wrong place?
It's the same as parking by a motorbike, if the motorbike is not parked neatly it looks very annoyed when it is seen, as well as the garbage that is not in its place, looks so dirty and very senono to be seen.

If the trash is in its place it will produce a clean environment, as the saying goes, cleanliness is part of faith. From this word alone, many meanings can be picked up, so it is very important to protect the environment.
