A new Docker image with headless wallet

Hey people! I just built a new Docker image for running the headless wallet!

It can automatically unlock the wallet periodically for staking and you don't have to manually unlock it from time to time.

Also you can pass the BOINC data directory into the container so you can run the wallet in Researcher mode.
