Island Views

Good and pleasant day everyone here in Steem Japan.
I would like to share the beauty of the island where I grew up .
Although this island is quite far from the city , I love this one more than any places in the world.

This Island is sorounded by water. The shells taste good than in any other places I have been. I don't know if i just get used to everything I eat there. But the first thing I love to experience everytime I go home is to have a bounty of seafoods and fish on the table. But we love to mix its black ink cooking it together with the squid meat garnished with green and red peppers and onions.
We have scallops as we know the meat of this scallops are imported to Japan to be added to make a delicious meal .

The meat of this shell is so fresh tasty sauced with chile vinegar sauce. We usually partner it with boiled bananas or rice. Early morning the fisherman will harvest these and sold in per kilos. People are gathered together in the nearby shore to wait . Some buy a few more kilos to be sold in the market or sent to the city because it is higher price in the city.

We also have an abundance of fish , squids and octopus . When I come back i will take some images of those especially the fresh squid in almost green transparent ni color.
Most people in the island also catches octopus at night. Bringing lamps and arrows to catch this clingy but delicious creatures.
We used to dry this fish because the catch was too many before to preserve what they got from the abundànt sea, they clean and dry it . Since most of the time our island is visited by typhoons. During the typhoon months when fishermen cannot go fishing, they have something to pair on their carb diets. And they would not worry of resting and sleeping while waiting for the stormy weather to pass. And when the wind will rest at its peace ,fishermen will go to cast their nets.
