First of all, I would like to thank @japansteemit those who allowed us to participate this beautiful food contest. The recipe I am sharing with you today is called Carrot dessert. Carrot dessert is a Pakistani/Indian dessert. Carrot dessert is a favorite dish of every household in different parts of Pakistan in winter. Extremely tasty, it has almost become a winter tradition. Eating this dish can be beneficial for keeping oneself healthy in winter. It's very easy to make so let's go towards the contest.

Carrot Dessert

The following ingredients will be needed to make carrot Dessert

Ingredients

• 2 kg carrots
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup khoya or mawa
• 2 cups milk cream or 1 cup clarified butter
• Almonds, Pistachio, Cashew for garnishing

Method

Trim the ends of the carrots and grate them. Put the grated carrots in a nonstick pot.

Now add 2 cups of milk cream. Cook over high heat until the carrots leave their water and begin to cook.

Now cover the lid, turn on low heat, and cook till the water dries.

When the water is dry, add sugar. Sugar can make up more or less according to your taste.

Now cook on medium heat till the sugar water dries and leaves the carrot oil.

Finally garnish with khoya, almonds, pistachios, and cashews. Delicious carrot dessert is ready
