Accumulation NISA: Self-asset building support

Hi, Everyone!
Today I would like to introduce you to Japan's asset-building support program, the "Accumulating NISA".

The accumulating NISA is a tax-exempt program (launched in January 2018) to support long-term, accumulated, and diversified investments from small amounts.

For details, please see the table below, but simply put, you can accumulate up to 400,000 yen per year.
In simple terms, you can accumulate up to 400,000 yen per year, and the investment profit will be exempt from tax.

The government is considering further empowering this very useful asset-building system.

What will be changed are the following two major changes.

(1) Annual allowance will be expanded from ¥400,000 to ¥600,000.
(2) Tax-exempt investment period will be increased from 20 years to indefinite.

It is so great that it is a lie....
By the way, if you invest 400,000 yen per year for 20 years at 5% annual interest, it will exceed 20 million yen.
You see how great it is!

Eh? Investment seems kind of scary and you don't want to do it?
It's one way to go. There are risks involved, of course, but if you follow the history, the 5% annual interest rate is very realistic, and I would recommend it for a prosperous life in the future! : )
