Steem Japan Photo Contest “What You Eat?” Negi Miso Karai Ramen

After my afternoon jog, I stop by a Ramen house. I am craving this hot and spicy ramen, this is my all-time favorite. It is consists of a thick spicy miso soup base, tender meat, egg, and high-class wheat noodles top with negi (minced onion), and nori. Mmmm Oishi!
I usually treat myself during payday. I may not be able to have this specialty if ever I return to the Philippines. So “strike the ramen while it is hot!”🍜
