A few days ago I read the latest update on the Steem Japan Community, where the Steem Japan Community Team again held a weekly contest with the theme "Share Your Favorite Drink". Therefore, through this post I will enter the contest and the drink I choose is Cold Green Tea". And I also want to invite 3 of my friends, namely @kenalofficial, @alvin.steem, @muhajir169.

tea ? Hearing this sentence you may already know it, tea is divided into 2 types, namely brown tea and green tea. Green tea is the name of tea made from natural tea leaves that are picked directly from the tea plantation and also undergo a heating process, this effort is done to avoid oxidation. You can often find this drink in various coffee shops and cafes, as this drink is a staple menu in every coffee shop and cafe. You can order this drink in the form of hot and cold. Meanwhile, since it is the fasting month, of course we always look forward to cold drinks that can make us free from thirst, one of which is Cold Green Tea Drinks. Moreover, this drink is also a staple drink in all places as a menu for breaking the fast.

Green tea plays an important role in the health of the body, moreover it has many benefits that can prevent diseases in the body such as Overcoming Panda Eyes, Refreshing the skin and preventing self-aging. The benefits that we get when consuming green tea include:

• Can lose weight
  This is very suitable for women who want a slim body and also for men.

• Can stabilize blood pressure
  This is very suitable for people who often have high blood pressure. Too much consumption of goat curry food.

• Can prevent heart disease and stroke
  This disease is very serious and has become a deadly disease throughout the world. Therefore, consume green tea drinks.

• Can Inhibit Cancer Growth
  This disease also should not be underestimated, many people think this disease is dangerous. Therefore, consume green tea.

Like what I felt yesterday, where I enjoyed this drink as a menu for breaking the fast on the side of the road accompanied by 3 of my close relatives. I bought this drink at the Pesen Djajan shop, a place frequented by young people who want to hang out casually. But I enjoy cold green tea not only in that place but in other shops and cafes. Many visitors flocked to order this you know why? Because this drink is included in the category of cheap cold drinks. The cause of the low price Sometimes some people look down on them because they buy cold green tea, they think that the person who buys it can't afford to buy other drinks, but we need to know that behind this drink there are benefits that are useful for health. you buy this drink don't listen to what people say.
