Thousands of people in the janaza prayers

A famous person of our area has passed away. More than a thousand people had gathered for his janaza prayers. You can see a large gathering of people here.

I have come here to offer janaza prayers at my mother-in-law's house. However, we Muslims have such a policy that if someone dies, it is Sunnah for Muslims to participate in the funeral prayer.
