ビッグブックを読み、行動する/Read the Big Book and take action

最近は依存症からの回復にはこれしかないのかなと思っている。
ビッグブックとはアルコホーリクス・アノニマスという本のことを指す。
アルコール依存、ギャンブル依存、買い物依存、スマホ依存、性依存など、依存症から回復したい人全てにこの本は通用すると思う。
元々はアメリカでアルコール依存症者であった人たちが実践し、回復を辿った軌跡を綴ったもので、汎用性が高い。
本の内容を語ることは許されないため記載はしないが、救われたい人は読むべき一冊だ。
そして、行動のない信仰は死へ向かう。自分も含め、読んで行動すべき時は今である。
