Than make that change eve if it is only fir you and dump the community and say why. A motivated just like an introduced one will find his way. If not that's okay.
No one says this platform is easy but it is possible to keep it that way if you like to read, drop a few comments or have a niche and pist and don't care about being read.
I still like to read my stories 😁 I keep surprising myself (mostly because I never know what I will write about).

One out of 100 is more likely 1 out of 1000 and they find their way or will be found most likely by likeminded people who have something in common - a different way of thinking, less sceduled, hard times promoting themselves and commenting but it can be learned to a certain level. Next to that they need to breathe and hmthe room to do as they like.

Your likeminded joining your game are not birds of a feather and join for different reasons, age might play a role so does culture and norms and values (loyalty, honesty, keeping a promise are to many just words)

It's my believe the group will automatically form, it's natural to be with those you understand and therefor like and are willing to build something with or fight for. Some will do a bit others more but together it is big and it's my believe you achieved a lot and there is change.

Stop what is a lost case and brings nothing. You, I we did it alone and what if this is the way to get that strong motivated group that doesn't drain but is willing to invest and make you feel you belong here?
If it comes to me 2-3 people are enough but I am not a social animal.
