Aaah the bailiffs! Howcan we forget this species they feel lile pitbulls it's hard to shake them off. They do as they like and go after an address and are deaf and blind for the fact the debtor doesn't live at the address.
Those in debts can not afford to pay for a phone, soon the item will be taken away and all that's left is what's most necessary a spoon and a cup and 2 sets of clothes.
A bailiff does what he has to do to add money to the employer's acciunt, nomercy, sorry, I can't help you the Company, A, B and C all send me and there's no way I can change this. Pay and once you did I'm off your back and you can sue them. You need a long breath man.
Don't disturb is a right, I don't think we should always be present.
The Dutch idiom says: je kunt een kale kip niet plukken
(you can't take the feathers from a naked chicken meaning: it's poinless to ask a poor/bankrupt debtor for money).
The bailiffs know. If they receive a small offer to pay a few bucks every month and do it they are satisfied and off your back.
Nothing as worse as being scared to answer the phone or... the frontdoor.

The front doorbell 😂, what if it is the police, I think some actions are beginning to take a different move here in Nigeria, back in the day police would bang on your door and you would know they were the one. Your heart will skip. No poor man is permitted to borrow, you must have something to leave behind collateral that will cover up for the loan if paying back becomes hard. I have no front door bell you? I shut off that noice 30 years ago. I had a sign on my door with: hands off the bell, no salesman, no collecting money/aid and we have a religion!
Many with us have. Next to that we never used the front door but the back and so do friends. The doors are not locked but I invite you to try to get in and pass by the dogs.
Police can call me or send a letter or ask the postman to drop it.
Once I had the police shone with a lamp through the windows at night. Very annoying. I believe they shouted 'anyone home'.
I asked what they want why they disturbed me it was about a bag they had found next to a car a few blocks away. They said my address was in it. I knew the homeless boy but not where he was, went, stayed. So I closed the door and let them deal with it.
First time child protection showed up as I turned 21 and official an adult. By that time a mom of two. They announced they would take over authority of my children. I said: f@#£% where were you 4 years ago to protect me? I decide who takes care of my children get lost, I can make my own testimony. I slammed the door in their faces and they never showed up again.
The 2nd time child protection banged at the door was about twelf years ago. Different place. Those 2 women tried to impress and threaten me with their fake authority. Never do that to me.
They asked to come in. I said: no, you can talk while standing outside.
They said their threat while shitting their pants one started the other added some words.
I said: you can forget about that, these are my children, my responsibility and I don't let a crazy school bully, threaten and break them. I closed the door. They never showed up again and I sent my children to a school abroad because schools with us don't dare to take students from another school without that school's permission. At leasr they can visit school without fearing for their lives now.
With us you are registered if you have a loan, all loans or payments like for a smartphone, car, house, bike, washingmachine, bed, fridge, couch you name it also if you pay alimony, have a debt to taxes department, health insurance, study loan, and so on.
The more debts the higher your income should be.
If you want a loan they check this register, you should show proof of 3-6 months salary, savings and even better one or two people signing to guarantee they will pay off your debts if you can't.
It's the same for credit cards (never been popular with us). So small chance you get a loan without guarantees but I think it's a good thing. You always pay off way more than they borrowed. Loan sharks change the rules while you can't. It's better to save. If I can't afford it I don't buy. I don't like debts. If tgere's need we help within the family, just me and my children.

You seem to be Western because I have heard several of the governments trying to take over parents' responsibility in Europe, claiming a child should not be admonished or chastised. After all, they belong to the government. You were so bold to slam the door against them, you are courageous.
I borrowed ignorantly from online loan apps in Nigeria when I needed money to invest in something that turned out to be a scam, they didn't even request much than my BVN and face verification, I am a grown-up now, more mature and I do no such thing anymore, because I have learnt so much in my course of living.

We have those apps and ads too. They say no check at BKR I understand the need of money can make people click. Does face recognition work? We always struggle with it. My son and I have the bankaccount but my youngest was denied. Kind of strange since she had 4K to start with. The bank couldn't give a reason why so we switched the bank for two other ones.
If it comes to CP it's business, a lot of money goes around in that world and child traficking. The children are abused, grow up in the gutter or who knows where they go (slaughtered abroad for their blood, child pirn or?).
There was a tax scandal. Parents wrongly accused. Children taken away, houses, broken marriages, lost jobs, high debts and of course the registration.
The parents were right, there should be justice but they are still labelked, broke and broken. The government should pay the money they stole back but untill today nothing. The children are still gone and no one knows where they are. If they would be in a normal dutch foster family for sure they would have contacted the oarents or a paper. It's awful silent. The more time passes by the easier it is to get away with this.
The plebs is already focused on the wars.
With me they tried and for sure to many their behaviour is overwhelming but they have no legal justice to enter my house. Same for animal protection. Both can be calked anonymous to bully a neighbour or relative. People love to call those anomynous lines, always good for the government spying creepy citizens.
